Policy development and service design
We specialise in looking at whether current policy settings are meeting community needs. We work with people to design better options where reform is needed.
We work with stakeholders and community members to understand what the problem is and what needs to be achieved. We help find the evidence – that can be from people and their own analysis of what works to support them, from practitioners in the field, from academic work, and learning from leading practice in other jurisdictions. Then we can put together options or recommend a way forward to address the problem.
We advise on service design, clearly detailing what a service should be working to achieve and how. We work collaboratively on design to determine what’s most effective for the people the service is there for. It’s about coming up with the best design, together.
