Our expertise in engagement runs through everything we do. We believe that meaningful engagement is essential for developing good policy, service design, and communicating effectively for a public purpose.

 

We design and lead engagement processes and we help people to work together. Collaboration starts at the point of problem definition and the methodology for engagement. We work with people to design a process that’s fit for purpose and works from where people are at. Much of our work in recent years has focused on partnering with people with lived experience, service providers and policymakers.

 

We are proud to have successfully led the first use of human-centered design by a royal commission in Australia, at the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System.
