Meet Kerin Leonard
Founder, Lionheart Consulting Australia
Kerin is a champion for positive change.
The visionary force behind Lionheart Consulting Australia, Kerin finds real-world solutions to make people’s lives better. She has over 20 years' experience in social policy, service design, stakeholder engagement, legal services and people management.
Equally at home at a boardroom table as sitting on an old couch in a community centre, Kerin engages senior executives and works closely alongside people facing some of life’s hardest situations.
Known for skillfully bringing together decision-makers and people with lived experience, Kerin is an authentic leader who is unafraid to sit with big emotions and tough stories.
Kerin's expertise in equal opportunity and human rights law underpins her approach. She was awarded the 2015 Paul Baker Award by the Law Institute of Victoria for significant and outstanding contribution in human rights.
Outside of work (and sometimes alongside work), Kerin has a gift for creating delicious feasts and looking after seeing eye dogs in training. She also loves spending time walking in this beautiful country. You can spot some of her favourite places on Instagram.
